Substituting can lead to a permanent position with the Food Service Department

6. I understand that my physical surroundings will include a fast-pace environment, working with hot and cold foods, and a variety of commercial food equipment.
7. I am eligible to work in the United States of America.
8. I authorize and am willing to pay for a National Background Check if recommended for this or any position at the cost of $31.50.
9. I fully understand that submission of this applicaition does not guarantee that I will be called to complete further paperwork in order to substitute as needed in the Food Service department.
