Substitute for Mid-Bus Drivers, as needed
Conditions of Employment
  1. I am eligible to work in the United States of America.
  2. I can provide or am able to pass a physical exam as prescribed by the statute of Indiana.
  3. I have no medical, mental, nervous, organic or functional disease which might impair my ability to operate a school bus.
  4. I authorize and am willing to pay for a National Background Check if recommended for this or any position at a cost of $31.50.
  5. I am able to bend, lift, stoop and carry objects over 50 lbs without restrictions.
  6. I am able to climb stairs and ladders without restrictions.
  7. I am able to work at heights over 3ft without restrictions.
  8. I am able to work outside in all weather conditions without restrictions.
  9. I am able to walk, stand for extended periods of time without restrictions
  10. I am able to operate manual and power equipment without restrictions.
  11. I am able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain cooperative working relationship.
  12. I am able to understand and carry out oral and written directions.
